1. Services Offered
Infinity Digital Agency provides a broad range of digital and creative services, including but not limited to:
- Graphic Design
- Branding
- Social Media Management
- Crisis Management
Each project is tailored to meet the client’s unique goals and business objectives.
2. Working Hours
Our operating hours are as follows:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Please note that all communication, task execution, and project deliveries are conducted within these working hours. Any requests made outside these times will be attended to on the next working day.
3. Project Types
Infinity Digital Agency offers three main engagement models to suit varying client needs:
- One-Time Projects – Ideal for single or short-term creative needs.
- Bi-Weekly Contracts – Suitable for ongoing but time-limited engagements.
- Monthly Contracts – Designed for long-term collaborations and consistent brand management.
4. Payments and Billing
4.1 One-Time Projects
- A 75% upfront payment is required before work begins.
- The remaining 25% is payable upon project completion and approval.
- If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, only 25% of the deposit is refundable.
4.2 Bi-Weekly & Monthly Contracts
- Payments must be made on or before the 5th of each month.
- Work begins only after payment for the period has been received.
- Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services until the balance is cleared.
5. Revisions Policy
- Each design project includes up to three (3) free revisions.
- Additional revisions beyond the third will attract a Ksh 500 fee per revision.
- Revisions apply only to existing concepts — any request for a complete redesign will be considered a new project and billed accordingly.
6. Delivery Timelines
- Projects requested between Monday and Wednesday typically have a 12-hour turnaround time.
- Delivery times may vary based on project complexity, workload, and scope, and will be communicated before work begins.
- Clients will be notified promptly of any expected delays.
7. Contract Review & Cancellation
- All contracts are subject to review every three (3) months to assess performance and mutual satisfaction.
- Either party may terminate a monthly contract with one-month written notice.
- In the event of cancellation, the client will be billed proportionally for work completed up to the cancellation date.
8. Ownership and Usage Rights
- Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership rights to all final, approved designs and deliverables.
- Infinity Digital Agency retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, and social media platforms for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Confidentiality
Infinity Digital Agency is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all client information.
We will not share, sell, or disclose any private or sensitive data to third parties without the client’s written consent, except as required by law.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disagreements or misunderstandings, both parties agree to:
- First, seek amicable resolution through direct communication.
- If unresolved, consider mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
This ensures that all disputes are handled professionally and efficiently.
11. Policy Updates
Infinity Digital Agency reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on our official website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
