1. Contract Review

  • All contracts are subject to review every three (3) months to ensure mutual satisfaction and alignment with performance expectations.
  • Reviews assess project progress, service quality, and deliverable timelines.
  • Any amendments to scope, timelines, or fees are made only with mutual written agreement.

2. Termination of Contracts

  • For monthly contracts, either party may terminate the agreement with a one-month written notice.
  • Notices must be sent via email or other agreed-upon official communication channels.
  • Termination allows sufficient time to plan project closure and handover deliverables professionally.

3. Billing Upon Cancellation

  • Ongoing work at the time of contract termination will be billed proportionally based on work completed.
  • Any outstanding payments must be settled before project closure.
  • Prepaid amounts for uncompleted work may be partially refunded according to the terms outlined in the payment agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities During Cancellation

  • Clients should provide all necessary feedback, files, and approvals to ensure smooth project closure.
  • Delays in client response may affect final deliverables and billing calculations.
  • Any additional services requested outside the original contract will be billed separately.

5. Mutual Agreement and Dispute Resolution

  • We encourage open communication during contract reviews and cancellation discussions.
  • Both parties agree to seek amicable resolution of disputes before pursuing any legal action.
  • This approach ensures a professional and fair closure for both clients and Infinity Digital Agency.

6. Policy Updates

  • Infinity Digital Agency reserves the right to update this Contractual & Cancellation Policy at any time.
  • Changes will be published on this page, and continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
