  • Each design project includes up to three (3) free revisions.
  • Revisions apply only to existing concepts — changes to the original design direction are considered additional work.

2. Additional Revisions

  • Any revision requests beyond the three free revisions will incur a fee of Ksh 500 per revision.
  • Additional revisions are billed separately and must be approved before work begins.

3. Scope of Revisions

  • Revisions are intended to refine and improve existing designs.
  • Requests for a complete redesign or entirely new concepts are treated as new projects and billed accordingly.

4. Revision Requests

  • Clients should provide clear, detailed feedback for revisions.
  • Requests should be submitted through official communication channels (email or project management tools) to ensure timely processing.

5. Delivery Timeline for Revisions

  • Minor revisions are typically completed within 24 hours, depending on project complexity.
  • Major revisions or multiple changes may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.
